What a GEM!!! I had the opportunity to visit Krautheim & Swanson recently. Such a beautiful, unique and creative selection of new and gently used items. And the customer service is only rivaled by their knowledge and experience. I will definitely be visiting again!

This is the place to go if you need a REAL jeweler. Years ago, we had a wedding ring made just as requested and it's perfect. Recently, we had a complicated ask for a stone replacement in the setting it was in, but they had options other "jewelers" didn't offer. In the end, the ring looks better than it did originally, when new! They are honest and do AMAZING work for a very fair price /value! We will not bother checking with other options again.
